Fabulous Ski in/Ski Out 3 bdrm/3 bathroom

Enjoy this spectacular and rustic-chic three bedroom at the Hyatt Mountain Lodge. Located steps from the European style Beaver Creek Village, this complex is ski in/out to the Elk Horn ski way and lift. There are out door hot tubs, a year round pool, media center, state of the art work out facility and of course the friendly Hyatt staff to help with your perfect vacation. The three bedroom unit can sleep 8 people comfortably. There is a king size bed in the master suite with ensuite bath. The second bedroom has a split king. The third bedroom also features a king-size bed. The bathroom is a full bath with a spa tub. At the end of the day you can relax by your fire, work on the internet or just watch your favorite TV programs on the flat screen TV’s throughout the unit.

This is a time share unit and can only accommodate 7 night stays that run Saturday to Saturday ONLY.
We can accommodate shorter stays but they must run between a Sat. and a Sat. Longer stays greater than 7 nights may require a room change. Please ask us for more information and options.

BOOKINGS/RESERVATIONS

If you elect to book a property through any VHR Travel affiliated entity, you will be subject to the terms of the guest rental agreement for that reservation.

Unless otherwise stated in the Guest Rental Agreement, the standard payment terms require a 50% payment at time of booking, with the balance paid 60 days prior to arrival. If a booking is made within 60 days of arrival, full payment is required to secure a reservation. If a guest wishes to cancel a reservation more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, there will be a 25% cancellation fee of the total rental. In the event of such cancellation, Guest shall receive a refund equal to the total amount paid to date less the 25% cancellation fee, paid within 10 business days of receipt of notice of cancellation. If Guest cancels this reservation within 60 days of the arrival date and after the Guest has paid the total amount of the rental, reasonable efforts will be made to re-book the home and Guest will receive 75% of the total net rental (without tax) actually received from any replacement guest booked into the canceled dates, but shall not otherwise receive any refund. Funds will be returned to Guest within 10 business days of receipt of funds from any replacement guest. If Guest cancels this reservation within 60 days of the arrival date but has not paid the total amount of the rental, there will not be any refund. Failure to make final payment within 60 days of the arrival date may result in cancellation of the booking without refund. There are no exceptions to the cancellation policy. For example there are no refunds for issues including but not limited to: inclement weather, travel-related issues or other circumstances beyond the Guest’s control. Travel insurance is highly recommended. Please review your policy details and know what is covered in your travel insurance policy.

Guests are responsible for all damage caused by their actions or negligence while staying in a property. Damage deposits, credit card authorizations and damage protection services may apply, and will vary by reservation.
